Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: Design and implementation of OT network solutions, considering the specific requirements of the production environment Configuration and optimization of network components such as switches, routers, and firewalls Monitoring network performance and carrying out network tests and audits as well as ensuring network security Documenting network topologies, configurations and changes Collaboration with external service providers and company-wide collaboration with other IT and OT product teams Qualifications: Successfully completed studies in communications engineering, computer science or comparable qualification Several years of experience as a system engineer in the field of OT networks Knowledge of network architectures, protocols, standards and technologies (e.g. Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols, IEC-62443) Experience with industrial network components and technologies as well as knowledge of network security for OT networks Certifications in Cisco and Fortinet or similar are an advantage Business fluent in English Independent and solution-oriented way of working, excellent communication and teamwork skills in international teams,
