To succeed in this role, you must be based in Tirupur and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field. Attention to detail is crucial, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy in handling data, documentation, and communication. Your ability to work efficiently, follow company policies and standard operating procedures, and demonstrate proficiency in using CRM systems, order processing software, and other relevant tools will be essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written in English, with a professional demeanor, are required. You should also exhibit problem-solving abilities, taking a proactive approach to resolving issues and addressing customer concerns effectively.
