Job Title: Technical Lead Oracle EBS (Technical Consultant) Experience: 15+ years Location: Chennai, Ascendas IT Park Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 15+ years of techno-functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive technical solutions, and support key business processes across Finance, SCM, Order Management, and Pricing modules. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows based on business needs. Lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze business needs, and provide optimal system configurations. Troubleshoot and provide Level 2 production support, ensuring minimal downtime. Monitor system health, evaluate scripts, and perform maintenance tasks. Work with Oracle Development Tools (SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, OAF). Ensure compliance with SOX and IT general controls over the production environment. Mentor and lead a team of technical and functional experts. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of techno-functional experience with Oracle EBS (11i/R12). Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL tuning, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher. 10+ years of experience with Oracle Workflow Builder & Unix-based OS. Strong knowledge of P2P, A2C, O2C cycles and Finance modules (AP, AR, GL). Ability to multitask, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with business users. 4+ years of experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience in EDI, Order Management, and Pricing modules.
