As an Oracle Supply Chain Consultant with over 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global Oracle Cloud ERP solution. Working closely with team members, solution architects, and business stakeholders, you will focus on ensuring the proper design, implementation, and support of key business functions such as Forecast to Plan (F2P), Quote to Cash (Q2C), and Plan to Produce (P2P). Your responsibilities will encompass modules covering Supply/Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Global Order Promising, Inventory, Manufacturing, Costing, Quality, and Engineering. Your key responsibilities will include configuring and documenting Oracle F2P, Q2C, and P2P modules, developing design specifications, process flows, and test plans, resolving production support tickets, managing Oracle service requests, creating and maintaining training materials, testing and documenting Oracle system functionalities and processes, collaborating with business stakeholders to interpret and prioritize requirements, and providing 24/7 support during production cutovers and go-live events. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Production Support Analyst, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion within F2P, Q2C, or P2P domains. Experience with BI Publisher, Analysis reports, and SQL will be advantageous, and prior exposure to Oracle EBS is preferred. A strong understanding of supply chain processes, costing, and quality control will be essential to succeed in this position.,
