Job Description
As an Oracle HCM Technical/Techno-functional Analyst based in Chennai, you will be responsible for the technical development and enhancement of the Oracle HCM cloud application. Your key duties will include designing and implementing new Automations, Integrations, Reports, and Dashboards. Additionally, you will be uploading data into the system using HDL/HSDL tools and monitoring OTBI/BIP/FAW reports to conduct performance improvement exercises. You will also play a crucial role in providing fixes for both functional and technical issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-4 years of overall experience in HR system Implementation, Support, and Maintenance, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to Oracle HCM Cloud. Your proficiency in development tools such as BIP/OTBI, HDL/HSDL, along with a strong understanding of the end-to-end employee life-cycle flow, will be essential. Moreover, familiarity with Security and Personalization tools is required, and exposure to KRONOS will be considered advantageous. Holding relevant Oracle certifications and having experience working with HRIT department will also be beneficial in this position.,
