6-8 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization Advanced technical knowledge of one or more components Reporting & Extracts OTBI BIP HCM Extract Data Migration HDL HSDL Fast Formulas Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as technical owner Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies Able to communicate solutions to more junior consultants. Architect solutions and develop proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects.,
