Job Description

You should have 4 to 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud with at least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences. As a Technical consultant, you will need to understand solutions, industry best practices, and coordinate well with clients. Operating independently, you will provide quality work products to engagements, performing varied and complex duties that require independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. You will act as the Technical consultant on Oracle HCM projects, effectively consulting with customer organizations, participating in business development activities, and developing and configuring detailed solutions for complex projects. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Having an in-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes on Core HR and Absences, including their data flow. - Demonstrating good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written forms. - Possessing configuration expertise in modules/tools/scripts such as Fast Formulas on WFA & Absences, Oracle HCM SQLs, Reports Development (BIP & OTBI), Interface Development - HCM Extracts, Data Management tools (HDL/HSDL/API, etc.), Oracle Data Model, Data flow between various business processes related to Core HR and Absences, and maintaining detailed technical documents. - Troubleshooting and supporting activities, including raising SR, coordinating with Oracle on issue resolution, assisting in the identification and resolution of complex functional issues/problems on WFA & Absences, quarterly upgradation, impact analysis, fixes, and testing of new features in HCM application. - Possessing good-to-have skills such as basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), experience in security configuration, knowledge of Oracle Time & Labour module, knowledge of seeded reports on WFA, Absences, and OTL, familiarity with Agile Methodology, Jira Board, and Oracle Journeys/checklist. You should have completed at least 2 projects in the mandatory skills mentioned above and be an independent contributor. Additionally, you should have experience in client-facing roles, interacting with customers in requirement gathering workshops. Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, influencing and negotiating skills, organizational awareness, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management are essential. You should be willing to work in shifts if required in the future.,
