CGB Solutions, a Niche Player in delivering customer solutions on Finacle, Oracle & ServiceNow, is seeking an experienced resource with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion - Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) and Incentive Compensation (IC) to join their team on a permanent basis. **Responsibilities:** - Work closely with clients to comprehend the current implementation of their PRM and Incentive Compensation Program. - Gather requirements related to PRM and IC. - Develop functional specifications, technical designs, implement, and provide support for PRM & IC. - Administer and manage the company's incentive compensation programs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective incentive compensation processes and policies. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's incentive plans. - Work with Sales Operations to ensure accurate and timely data collection and integration into the compensation system. - Conduct regular audits and analysis of incentive compensation data to identify and resolve discrepancies. - Provide support and guidance to sales representatives and managers regarding incentive compensation. - Generate reports and analyze incentive compensation performance. - Set up the system to meet desired business processes and requirements. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in PRM & Incentive Compensation module. - 5+ years in Oracle Service Cloud consulting, implementing solutions across multiple clients. - Strong knowledge of MDF & Co-op functionality. - Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and similar cloud-based Integration platforms. - Oracle Service Cloud Trained / Certified with an understanding of Oracle Service Cloud architecture. - Experience in Interface Development and CRM Integrations. - Strong experience with Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, and Estimations/Planning. - Maintain high standards of code quality and unit test coverage. - Good language and communication skills. - Experience in building at least two projects from scratch.
