Your expertise will be instrumental in developing tailored solutions that address statutory and business needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of new integrations with third-party systems from Oracle, collaborating with cross-functional teams for strategic projects and tactical initiatives, and creating functional and solution design documents for new developments and enhancements. You will also play a key role in preparing test scenarios and unit test scripts to validate requirements and business use cases. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle ERP applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Staying current with industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Cloud ERP solutions will be essential, as you proactively recommend enhancements and improvements to optimize system performance. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or a technical-related field, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A solid understanding of financial and accounting business processes and how technology can enhance them is crucial, as well as familiarity with relational databases. Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills are a must, enabling you to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences through written, verbal, and presentation mediums. The ability to work independently with general supervision, coupled with a professional and self-motivated attitude, will ensure your success in this role. In summary, this position offers a challenging opportunity to leverage your expertise in Oracle ERP Applications and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes through innovative technology solutions.,
