Job Description

You should have about 3-8 years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud SaaS Implementation. Your responsibilities will include hands-on experience in CORE OFSC functionalities like role/screens, Activity Scheduling, and Quota/Capacity Management. Additionally, you should have experience in integrations with front-end ticketing/work order management systems such as Fusion CX B2B Service, OSvC, JDE, etc. A good understanding of Product/Inventory catalogues and sync functionalities is required for this role, along with exposure to Message Scenarios/OIC Setup. Experience in downstream integrations with Billing/ERP systems will also be a part of your responsibilities. As a consultant, you must possess excellent communication skills for direct interactions with clients. This position is based in Pan India.,
