Job Title: Oracle EBS 11i Functional Job Mode: Remote Project Type: Support Job Profile: Functional Consultant / Lead / Architect Modules: Direct Procurement, AP, GL Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Provide functional support for Oracle EBS 11i modules: Direct Procurement, AP, and GL. Analyze and resolve user-reported issues in procurement and financial processes. Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Maintain and update system configurations, setups, and master data. Perform month-end and year-end financial close support activities. Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and data fixes. Prepare functional documentation and user training materials as needed. Support patch testing, regression testing, and system validation during upgrades. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS 11i, with in-depth knowledge of Direct Procurement, AP, and GL modules. Experience in production support and working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with EBS to Cloud migration projects or co-existence models is a plus.,
