Job Description

You will be working as an Oracle CX Support Specialist, supporting Oracle CX applications such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce, along with Oracle EBS. Your role will involve collaborating with various business teams to enhance system efficiency and resolve issues. Your key responsibilities will include supporting and troubleshooting Oracle CX and Oracle EBS applications, conducting root cause analysis, collaborating with sales, marketing, and service teams, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and staying updated with Oracle product updates and enhancements. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management with at least 3 years of experience (or Diploma with 5+ years) in Oracle Sales, Service, Marketing & Commerce Cloud, Oracle CX Integration Cloud, Oracle EBS, and PL/SQL. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset.,
