Job Description
You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH). Your responsibilities will include hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, customization management, and support. Additionally, you must be capable of performing API integration testing and configuring Oracle PDH application components. You will also be expected to deliver post-production support/hypercare service, create custom reports using Oracle tools, and conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues. Managing incidents tickets for Agile data migration challenges and tracking and prioritizing quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing requests will also be part of your role. As a part of the Oracle cloud PLM - QA team, you will work in the IT/ Computers - Software industry. The role requires a B Tech or BE degree and is a full-time, permanent position.
