Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant Compensation Specialist Location: [Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune] Experience Required: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Hybrid Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Compensation Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Compensation modules as part of a global HR transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules, including: Workforce Compensation Individual Compensation Total Compensation Statements Provide functional support and best practice guidance for compensation-related modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation modules with Performance Management. Design and deliver scalable solutions that align with global compensation policies and business requirements. Create functional documentation including configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials. Work with technical teams to support integrations and data migration related to compensation. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a primary focus on Compensation modules. Proven hands-on experience in configuring: Workforce Compensation Individual Compensation Total Compensation Statements Strong understanding of Performance Management module and its interaction with Compensation. In-depth knowledge of global compensation processes and best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM Compensation is a strong plus. Experience with other HCM modules (e.g., Talent Management, Core HR) is desirable.,
