Ability to work independently and manage task assignments. Experience in Requirement Analysis, Technical Documentations, migration documents and test scripts. Strong communication skills with customers and end users for understanding requirement and solutioning. Good To Have Skills Experience in Configuration changes to move to Redwood (Self-Service HR) Some Report Building experience using OTBI Key Responsibilities: Requirements Understanding from Clients and translating them to Technical Deliverables Work closely with technical teams to support integrations with third-party benefits providers. Stay updated with Oracle releases and recommend improvements for existing configurations. Should be able to relate the product functionality to business processes and offer recommendations to customers on business scenarios mapping to Fusion HCM.
