Job Description
You are a highly experienced Oracle EBS Technical Upgrade Lead with over 15 years of hands-on Oracle EBS techno-functional experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing Oracle EBS R12.2.x upgrade projects, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing upgrade initiatives, overseeing issue resolution during SIT/UAT cycles, driving alignment across technical teams and business stakeholders, performing impact analysis, code retrofitting, and coordinating regression testing activities. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, facilitate knowledge transfer, and ensure a smooth handover to support teams. To be successful in this role, you must have successfully led at least one Oracle EBS R12.2.x upgrade project and possess deep expertise in Finance and SCM modules. You should have strong capabilities in code retrofitting, regression testing, Customization Register and FNDLOAD utilities, and Oracle ADOP (Application DBA Online Patching). Your experience in stakeholder and cross-functional team management, along with excellent communication and documentation skills, will be critical for this position.
