The role of Oracle Apps Technical- OAF at Birlasoft in Pune, India, involves utilizing more than 4 years of experience as a Technical Consultant to support the Procurement Module, including PO, INV, and AR. This position requires expertise in developing RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) and Oracle Forms. Additionally, experience in documentation for project development life cycles, version controlling tools, migration tools, and schedulers is essential. Familiarity with Oracle Alerts, Workflow basics, and performance tuning is also necessary. Furthermore, the role encompasses basic setups for user access, buyer access, and approval authority, as well as an understanding of Multi Org structure and experience in both 11i and R12. Supporting functional, integration testing, and UAT are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement concepts and possess strong experience in implementing Oracle e-Business as a technical consultant. Competencies required for this role include exposure to the main business functions in large-scale companies, good communication skills, a business-level proficiency in English, flexibility, availability for travel, a positive attitude, and a commitment to general administration, development, and quality culture. The candidate should also demonstrate responsibility, accountability, authority, credibility, integrity, and intercultural awareness. Experience with US clients and change management would be considered advantageous.,
