Job Description
Looking For Aconex Techno Functional Consultant Experience : 58 years in Aconex implementation & Support. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration : Configure and implement Oracle Aconex according to project requirements, including setting up workflows, security, and user access. Document Control : Implement and enforce document control processes, including version control, access permissions, and compliance tracking. User Training and Support : Conduct user training sessions, provide ongoing support, and address user inquiries. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into Aconex solutions. Design and Workflow Design: Design and streamline workflows for document control, transmittals, and correspondence. Integration: Support data migration and integration with other enterprise systems. Reporting and Compliance: Generate reports and dashboards for management and compliance. Technical Support: Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for complex Aconex issues. Documentation: Create user guides, training materials, and other documentation. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with users, clarify their needs, and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. Team Development & Collaboration Foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior team members and facilitating knowledge transfer on Aconex processes, configuration, and best practices.
