Job Title: Oracle Aconex Specialist Construction Domain (Remote | Contract) Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year Location: Remote (India Preferred) Experience Required: 810 years Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate Mode: Full-time Contractual (Remote) About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Aconex Specialist with a strong background in the construction and infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Aconex implementation, administration, and document control for large-scale construction projects. This is a contract-based remote role, ideal for professionals looking to contribute to high-impact infrastructure or real estate ventures. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer the Oracle Aconex platform across construction project lifecycles. Configure workflows, user access rights, and system roles in Aconex. Facilitate document control, correspondence management, transmittals, and RFI tracking. Provide Aconex user training, onboarding, and troubleshooting support to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project documentation compliance. Assist in project audits, reporting, and data extraction from Aconex for MIS. Ensure standardization of document naming conventions and system structures as per project requirements. Liaise with the Oracle Aconex support team for any escalations or system issues. Requirements: 810 years of experience in construction/engineering projects with a minimum of 4+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Aconex. Strong understanding of construction workflows, contracts, drawings, and project lifecycle documentation. Proficiency in document control best practices and data management. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Certifications in Oracle Aconex or Document Control will be an added advantage.
