Job Description

The Optimization Specialist role involves leading experimentation and conversion rate optimization efforts across digital properties. Your responsibilities will include strategic test planning, hands-on execution, and continuous analysis to enhance user experience and key business metrics through A/B testing and personalization. You will be responsible for owning the testing roadmap, prioritizing experiments aligned with product and marketing goals, designing, launching, and analyzing A/B, multivariate, and personalization tests, and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities. Ensuring proper experiment setup, QA, and deployment through tools like Adobe Target or Optimizely, monitoring test performance, and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations are key aspects of this role. As an Optimization Specialist, you will champion a data-driven culture of continuous testing and learning. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital optimization, A/B testing, or CRO. A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data is essential. Deep understanding of UX, user psychology, and experience design principles will be beneficial. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required. Proficiency in documentation and reporting of test strategies and outcomes is a must.
