You should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in performing activities in compliance with the Metier Development Plan of your PG/PL. Your responsibilities will include reviewing internal requirements, customer requirements, and specifications, as well as utilizing your experience in optics, signaling, and Speos. You will be responsible for ensuring robust design and validation in alignment with the economical targets, supporting technical architecture and standards assignments, and following standardization rules. Your scope of work may involve all or part of the design, integration, and validation of blocks/products. It is essential that you comply with Mtiers processes and Design Rules by performing or supporting optics design simulations, coding, and validation, conducting optics design calculations including worst-case/statistical scenarios, and supporting thermal studies and tests related to optics. As part of your role, you will need to provide management follow-up by reporting the progress of your tasks, escalating risks, and monitoring optical developments within your perimeter. You will also be responsible for ensuring the application of optic rules and procedures, coordinating mtier design reviews, and implementing associated action plans.,
