Job Description

Job Summary Eye Mantra is seeking a full-time Ophthalmologist to join our team of eye care specialists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye diseases and conditions, performing advanced surgical procedures, and ensuring the highest standard of patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and manage vision disorders. Perform cataract, refractive, glaucoma, and other ophthalmic surgeries as required. Diagnose and treat conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and corneal diseases. Prescribe corrective lenses and manage non-surgical treatment plans. Provide pre- and post-operative patient care, ensuring optimal recovery and satisfaction. Stay updated with advancements in ophthalmic treatments and technologies. Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic eye care. Requirements Education: MBBS, MS/MD/DNB (Ophthalmology) from a recognized institution. Experience: 3-5 years of clinical and surgical experience in ophthalmology. Expertise in handling various ophthalmic procedures, including cataract surgery (Phacoemulsification), LASIK, and glaucoma management. Strong diagnostic, surgical, and patient management skills.
