Company Description Thermal Process RTC / RTE processed foods - Gravies, sauces & Chutneys Role Description This is a full-time role for Operators of Pouch filling machine and Retort at Neo culinary factory, located on-site Hosur. The role involves operating and maintaining pouch filling machines and retort equipment as per the established procedures. Operators will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the filled pouches, adhering to safety protocols, performing regular maintenance checks, and troubleshooting any issues with the machinery. Daily tasks include monitoring the production process, maintaining cleanliness of the workspace, and keeping accurate records of the operations. Qualifications Experience in operating and maintaining pouch filling machines and retort equipment Ability to ensure and maintain high standards of quality control Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them at all times Skills in troubleshooting and performing routine machinery maintenance Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent,
