Job Description

As an Automatic Liquid capsule filling machine and Band sealing machine operator in the Formulation production department at Syngene, you will be responsible for handling Liquid capsule filling and Band sealing machine Production activities. With a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, you are expected to have hands-on expertise in operating Automatic Liquid capsule filling machine, Band sealing machine, and Bead mill. Your role will involve handling machine setup, operation, dismantling, and cleaning of manufacturing equipment such as Solution preparation vessels, Automatic Liquid capsule filling machine, and Band sealing machine. Additionally, you will be responsible for the operation of Automatic liquid capsules filling machine, Band sealing machine, manufacturing vessel, and instruments like leak testing machine and In-process instruments. Experience in operating Manufacturing vessels CIP will be an added advantage.
