Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Operations-Russian Language Expert and will be single point of contact in Patient Journey from admissions to discharge and to work towards enhancement of Patient Care. They need to be Quick & Proactive in counselling patients & assisting them regarding any concerns relating to treatment plan. Must have: Fluency in English & Russian Language Knowledge of Hospital Operations & good understanding of Medical Functions/Terminology Excellent Communication skills Good listening & perceiving skills Quick & emphatic in responding to any situation relating to patient treatment & care Role & Responsibility: To assist patients within & outside the hospital during their on-going medical care. To provide support & assistance to patients during Consultations, Treatments, Surgeries, Follow-ups, etc. To quickly adapt to any changes in a patient's plan of treatment and act accordingly. To maintain cordial relations with Hospital staff, Doctors & various Departments at all times for smooth patient care. To collaborate & work together with the Patient Relations team. To report to the manager on the going patient treatment process & immediately inform any incidents occurring at the hospital premises.,
