Job Description
A flight booking company dealing with USA (mainly ) based clients for their travel needs (Ticket/Cancel/modification etc). Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an operations manager in Noida. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing the scheduling and utilization of resources. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes. Handling customers mainly for International Flights bookings domestic & International Ticketing. The candidate will be required to interact with the Clients for Domestic / International destinations, note down their details, work out on their Itinerary and customize the tour as per their requirements. 8-10 years of experience required. Excellent Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan) Sound knowledge of Domestic and International Flight fares. B2B and B2C both will do. Experienced over ppc and meta calls/booking The candidate should be ready to perform under pressure. Candidate should be self-driven. Candidate should be target-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Requirements- Good Geographical Knowledge i.e. City codes, Airport codes, etc. Good communicating skills Interacting with the Airlines.
