You will be responsible for supervising daily mutual fund operations, which includes managing investments, reinvestments, and redemptions of the clients. It is important to develop and implement efficient operational processes to streamline workflow and minimize errors. Monitoring operational metrics and performance indicators is a crucial aspect of the role to ensure that targets are met, and in case of any issues, escalate them as necessary. Staying updated with industry regulations and implementing changes to ensure compliance with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) guidelines is a key part of this position. As an ideal candidate, you should have a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in operations, with a total work experience of 1 year being preferred. This is a full-time, permanent role with a day shift schedule. A performance bonus is also included as part of the compensation package. The work location is in person, and the expected start date for this position is on 15/05/2025.,
