Job Description
1.Operational Management
Ensure smooth execution of housekeeping services across all client sites
Plan and implement cleaning schedules and workflows
Monitor daily performance and resolve on-ground operational issues
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards
- Staff Management
Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff and supervisors
Prepare staff duty rosters and shift allocations
Conduct regular performance reviews and staff motivation activities
Ensure staff discipline, grooming, and punctuality
- Client Servicing
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Understand client needs and customize services accordingly
Handle complaints, feedback, and service escalations promptly
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Inventory && Resource Management
Manage inventory of cleaning materials, equipment, and uniforms
Ensure timely procurement and cost control of consumables
Monitor usage and prevent wastage or pilferage
- Quality Control && Audits
Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure service standards
Prepare and present reports on quality, attendance, and productivity
Implement corrective and preventive actions based on findings
- Reporting && MIS
Maintain site-wise data on attendance, material usage, and issues
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Provide insights to senior management for decision-making
- Compliance && Safety
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws)
Implement and monitor health and safety protocols
Conduct regular training on fire safety, chemical handling, etc.
