We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee internal operations, track project progress, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive strategic improvements within the company. This role involves working closely with developers, project managers, coordinators, and senior leadership to ensure smooth project execution and overall business efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Monitor project status and delivery timelines across all teams Conduct regular meetings with developers, project managers, and coordinators Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements Ensure alignment between departments (Development, Design, QA, Marketing) Maintain task follow-up and team accountability Support the CEO in implementing business strategies Maintain internal documentation and SOPs Track resource performance, task allocation, and productivity Communicate with clients, if needed, on project timelines or escalations Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or similar roles in an IT company Strong communication and team leadership skills Experience using project management tools.
