Job Description
The Operations Manager for ODYSSIAs Footwear Manufacturing Unit will oversee and manage all production-related activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the footwear manufacturing process. Your role is crucial in optimizing production, managing supply chain and inventory, maintaining quality standards, and leading teams to meet business objectives. It is expected of you to ensure the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continual improvement strategies to drive productivity and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize production & processes - Manage product knowledge (PU segment) - Oversee supply chain & inventory - Control cost & maintenance - Lead & communicate with teams - Ensure compliance & quality assurance - Maximize space & resource utilization - Implement lean & manpower optimization Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters in operations management, engineering, or related field - 3+ years in operations management (footwear or similar) - Proficient in google sheets, ERP, & data analysis - Strong leadership & problem-solving skills This is a full-time position located in Calicut.
