As an Operations Manager based in Dehradun, you will be employed full-time on-site to oversee the daily operations of our properties. Your key responsibilities will involve maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, liaising with the reservations department, coordinating with caretakers, and assisting guests during the check-in process. The role necessitates upholding property standards and promptly addressing and resolving any arising issues efficiently.
