Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days max

As our operations manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business, including
the management of staff, service delivery, client services, customer service, and financial performance.
You'll be the captain of the ship, steering us through the rough yet promising waters of growth and success.
Duties and Responsibilities: On a given day, you will spend time on:
• Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Leading, Managing and supervising a team of operational staff to ensure they are meeting performance targets
• Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Developing and maintaining a budget for the operations department
• Continuously improving and updating the company's standard operating procedures on operations
• Overseeing service delivery operations and ensuring all clients receive high-quality services
• Managing client services and ensuring client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Regular Ops reporting and reviews to client and senior management

• You have a formal degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• You have 5+ years of experience in operations management, in a back office operations and/or virtual assistance
services company offering services to international market
• You can manage and motivate a team with your strong leadership skills
• You can work independently and you’re confident to lead by example
• You are a strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
• You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• You have experience and exposure to Ops budgeting and P&L efficiency
• You have experience with staffing, rostering and scaling of resources
• You are familiar with industry best practices, relevant laws and regulations
• You are a team player having an entrepreneurial attitude
