Job Description for Sr Manager –
Back End Operations for E-Commence Clients / Supply Chain Management - Various Clients:

-You will be responsible for an Operations team supporting multiple clients, work with the team to ensure a reliable and operationally effective process.
-You will be responsible for teams handling Order Entry, Expeditors Job and Finance Activity.
-You will be responsible as a single point of contact for multiple clients across the board.
-Interact directly with clients in the US to deliver to their requirements and work with the onshore team to ensure the overall health of the processes is good.

-An Operations manager is responsible for ensuring day-to-day ecommerce operations and seamless order fulfillment and ensure that customer promises of the brand are fulfilled.
We are looking for an experienced Manager, reporting directly to our Director of Operations. The role will encompass executing critical requirements pertaining to data analysis, deliverables at various levels and developing client relationship. If you are up for the challenge, keep reading!
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
• Identify and implement standard process and procedures for work initiation, project
definition, management reporting and project closure
• Improvise processes based on specific project needs
• Record and manage process issues and escalate when necessary
• Resolve cross-functional issues at various lines of business reporting to you
• Manage project scope, change control and escalate issues when necessary
• Monitor Process progress and performance
• Support and provide guidance to team to achieve personal, team and professional goals
• Data management, client servicing, order fulfillment, and data delivery.
Position Overview. – Sr Manager:
• Need to work on multiple projects / clients and periodically set and achieve stretch goals
• Work with Management and develop project plans to address opportunities identified through
process reviews
• Build strong relationship with clients & create an amazing experience for them
• Quick learner, analytical and high attention to detail
• Develop a follow up schedule so periodical communication is possible to obtain the accurate
information
• Ability to summarize all information on demand to make sure we cover all loopholes and have
attention to details.

-Position Overview. – Work Force Manager
-Review Dashboards with Stake holders and team leaders – Provide updates as per requests received from stake holders and share comments / feedback for the same.
-Review Dashboards with internal stake holders and provide updates to ensure findings are understood, documented, and validated.
-Update client specific reports – review them against a check list – validate the information being presented – provide clarification as per requests received in a timely manner.
-Create and update throughput reports on weekly / monthly basis and provide insights when required.
-Review process documents – validate them against the current process and make changes if required.
-Single point of contact for escalation between stake holders and provide
-Analyze dashboards and review the raw data to determine the flaws in output and analyze the data.

Minimum Qualification:
