Role: Operations Management Intern Shift: Night Shift only Duration: 3 months with Stipend The Big Picture This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, improve operational workflows, and gain hands-on experience in project coordination, data management, and creative problem-solving. What you can expect as an Operations Intern at Illumine-i: You'll assist in daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow. You'll coordinate with different departments to ensure timely task completion. You'll organize and manage operational data using spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency. You'll assist in vendor management [vendor database, vendor evaluation etc.] You'll assist in handling customer queries related to orders, deliveries for all project management services. You'll contribute to project planning, task tracking, and milestone achievement. You'll support team members in data entry and documentation. Essential Qualifications include: Currently pursuing or recently completed a postgraduate in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to organize and manage data effectively. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment. Great to have: Creative skills for designing effective presentations and visuals. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience or knowledge of process optimization techniques.
