Job Description
1. Should have sound factory management of 08-15 years. 2. Should have strong leadership qualities with techno commercial acumen. 3. Sound knowledge of Electro Plating is a must. 4. Should have excellent man management skills and be able to handle Administration, HR and Industrial Relations. 5. Should be thorough with Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 etc., and should have a systems approach to problem solving. Qualification and Experience: B.E. / B. Tech in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc ( chemistry)/ M.Sc ( Chemistry) with 10 to 15 years experience in Electroplating. Candidates from Central Electrochemical Research Institute Karaikudi preferred.
