Job Description
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, demonstrating the ability to develop robust processes, design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and build high-performing teams through structured training programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring standardized operations, cost efficiency, quality control, and delivering a superior customer experience across all outlets. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations across all Franchise Owned Franchise Operated (FOFO) and Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) outlets. - Ensure adherence to brand SOPs, quality, hygiene, and service standards. - Conduct regular audits to monitor operational efficiency and compliance. - Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses at each outlet. - Design and document operational manuals covering various aspects such as kitchen, service workflows, vendor management, hygiene, and inventory control. - Establish structured SOPs for seamless operations across FOFO and COCO models. - Develop and execute a training framework for franchisees, outlet managers, kitchen staff, and service teams. - Collaborate with franchise partners and vendors to resolve operational challenges and drive profitability. - Implement best practices to deliver a consistent and superior customer experience. - Provide strategic insights on market trends, competition, and business opportunities. - Support the franchising team in evaluating potential FOFO partners and assist in the setup and operational launch of new COCO outlets. Requirements: - Minimum 2+ years of experience managing multi-location QSR operations, preferably in FOFO and COCO models. - Proven expertise in process creation, SOP development, and training implementation. - Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and vendor negotiations. - Experience in launching new franchise outlets and managing franchise relationships. - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities. - Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and operational software. - In-depth knowledge of FSSAI guidelines, hygiene protocols, and QSR operational best practices. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and morning shifts available, along with a performance bonus. The work location is in person.,
