Job Description

Interview:- 1 Telephonic & 2 Rounds of F2F Interview

OPERATIONS Executive (E-COMMERCE)

• Order processing and dispatches in various market places (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Jiomart etc) and B2B customers
• Returns processing and raising claims in various market places (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Jiomart etc)
• Perform day to day operations, process execution, inventory handling and other operational performance standards

What we are looking for?

• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in e-commerce industry with strong operational abilities to perform the e-commerce processes, inventory handling
• Experience in e-commerce industry with strong knowledge and good understanding of various marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Jiomart etc)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot and other functions), MS Word
