Job Description

You will be responsible for the operations and customer support activities at the PUD/DC to ensure a smooth flow of activities and the delivery of quality service to Blue Dart customers. Your duties will include handling all mail communications, customer call handling, regulatory clearance follow-up, and coordinating with operations teams for priority deliveries, delays, exceptions, etc. at the PUD/DC. Your key responsibilities will involve handling all mail communications with internal & external customers, providing customer service support, effective customer complaint handling, monitoring service failures, tracking shipments, handling exception cases, communicating with customers regarding delays, undelivered shipments, or regulatory hold shipments, monitoring urgent delivery notifications, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring transit time and Net Service Levels, ensuring timely closure of SHIELD and CARESS cases, and supporting the Operations Team for efficient conduct of activities. Your performance will be evaluated based on key result areas and key performance indicators such as supporting service quality and excellence, efficient handling of exceptions, support in regulatory compliance cases, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting a Performance-Driven Culture. Key performance indicators will include timely updation of status in the system, efficient handling of exceptions, support in regulatory compliance, adherence to overall customer service SOPs, and adherence to Performance Management system timelines and guidelines.,
