Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, driving employee engagement initiatives, and supporting employee development programs. This role plays a crucial part in shaping a positive and productive work environment aligned with our company culture and goals. Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate and understand staffing needs and job requirements. Post job ads on portals and manage candidate databases. Schedule and conduct interviews and follow up on the selection process. Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to assess employee satisfaction. Support internal communication to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture. Organize recognition programs and wellness initiatives. Learning & Development Identify training needs in coordination with in-house managers. Coordinate and track employee training and development programs. Maintain records of learning outcomes and certifications. Support career development initiatives and internal growth opportunities. HR Operations Support Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. Help manage onboarding and exit processes smoothly. Support performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles. Maintain HR policies. Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement. BBA, BCA, BCom, or related field (MBA, MCom in HR preferred). Good understanding of HR practices. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Must be well-versed with MS Office and HR software/tools. Must be able to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.,
