Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to ensure system reliability, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing any issues that arise to maintain optimal service levels. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that all operational processes align with established standards and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis. - Ability to configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls. - Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
