Role Overview: OCS is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Engineer (Onshore) to support and drive our maintenance planning, breakdown management, and operations optimization. You will play a vital role in ensuring technical readiness, coordinating with offshore teams, and enhancing the overall efficiency of maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate breakdown/shutdown reviews and follow-up actions Assist in vendor mobilization, spare/tool tracking, and breakdown logistics Monitor and manage critical spares to avoid operational disruptions Collaborate with Facility Manager, TMM & SMEs for maintenance improvements Ensure contractor competency and training for safe task execution Analyse and reduce maintenance backlog through CMMS (SAP/Maximo) Develop work packs for planned maintenance tasks Monitor CMMS usage and suggest system/process improvements Participate in risk assessments, RCAs, JSAs, and MOCs Lead or support SOP updates and field investigations Conduct audits and site visits to ensure procedural compliance Support knowledge transfer and offshore team alignment as required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial/Marine/Relevant Engineering OR Technical Diploma with relevant onshore/oil & gas experience Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in Oil & Gas or related field operations Exposure to shutdown planning and maintenance operations Experience working with multinational teams is a plus Knowledge of CMMS, SOPs, TQs, and safety audits Why Join OCS Work with a globally trusted Oil & Gas brand Be part of a high-performance engineering team Opportunities for cross-functional learning Contribute to safety-first, innovative operations How to Apply: Interested in shaping the future of energy operations Send your resume to ocshr@ocs.services or visit www.ocs.services to learn more.
