You will be responsible for the Coordinator Operations (Post Sales) position at our motion furniture manufacturing company, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. Your main tasks will include coordinating with the Sales team, internal departments, and customers to update the status of orders in process. Additionally, you will manage dispatch from various locations, share details with the sales team and customers, and follow up with sales teams for orders ready with production. Furthermore, you will be in charge of managing and planning installations of the products, updating various data in spreadsheets for reporting and analysis purposes. In this role, you will be required to deal with the Sales, Operations, Production, Finance & Installation teams over the phone and email. Proficiency in MS Office-Excel and CRM operations is essential for this position. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, exude a pleasant personality, and excel in phonic conversations.
