Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Associate located in Faridabad. The Operations Associate will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks, utilizing strong interpersonal and analytical skills to ensure efficient operations, effective communication, and excellent customer service. Qualifications Operations and Analytical Skills Excellent Communication Skills written and verbal Good Knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL Experience in customer service Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Knowledge of record-keeping processes is a plus,
