The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in operations or field coordination, although freshers are also welcome to apply. Strong communication and coordination skills, excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, basic knowledge of MS Excel, and proficiency in documentation tools are key requirements for this position.
