Job Requirements Job Title/ Role: Operational Risk Practitioner Function/ Department: Operational Risk Management Job Purpose: ORM is the second line of define which ensures all the Risk highlighted by the Business are effectively being monitored and relevant controls are in place to mitigate the Risk. Roles & Responsibilities: Support the risk and operations functions for the Retail Assets (including Digital & Fintech based Lending and related Operations) by assessing the quantum of operational risk, providing a view on the level of exposure relative to risk appetite and advising on risk mitigation. Activities includes but not limited to Defining of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Registers, KRIs and monitoring them. Conducting the annual RCSA, Analysing of Incidents being reported and verifying the Corrective and Preventive actions. Review and approve the Product Notes from the ORMD perspective. Ensure that relevant dashboards are generated, disseminated and followed up appropriately in adherence to defined procedures and quality standards. Knowledge of Retail Advances is highly recommended. Working on various projects and actionable as and when advised by the senior management. Working on various internal projects to enhance the productivity of the department. Suggesting and implementing the best industry practices. Managing the team's aspirations Attracting and retaining the best talent. Adherence to the bank defined framework of the Operational Risk Management. As per the metric defined from time to time in the KRAs. Education Qualification: Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) Post-graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA) Experience: 10 to 18 of relevant years of experience.,
