Senior Operational Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive identification and automation of manual processes
• Willingness to take technical as well as administrative activities
• Readiness to work on MIS, Excel based reporting
• Willingness to self learn any tools/technology as needed
• Provide weekly reports-based project data maintained and resources planned. 
• Plan and coordinate with senior managers for resources on projects.
• Keep abreast with market technologies and management practices. Suggest improvements on existing processes through tech / practices
• Adopt a proactive and solution oriented approach at all times. 
• Support management in required always reviewing and maintaining data for resources.

Qualifications/Work Experience

Essential:

• Must be proactive 
• Must have excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Must have knowledge of domains/technologies within IT industry 
• Must have demonstrable experience of managing resource planning data
• Must have experience of coordinating with senior stakeholders.
• Must be able to gather information.
• Must have good prioritisation skills in a busy environment
• Have good knowledge in creating reports using M365 tools. 
• Knowledge of any programming language (Java/ .NET / Python / Ruby) 
• Basics of Software delivery / planning / information gathering

Experience (years):

• 0-6 yrs

Desirable:

• Knowledge of NPS projects/products. 
• Experience of ADO and Retain.

• Self-starter and self-motivated, should be able to work alone without constant supervision
• Enthusiastic, passionate and should be able to take initiatives.
• Willingness to continuously learn & develop.
• Should be able to manage varied tasks and effectively follow up on required tasks
