Job Title: Operation Manager (Technical) Location: Mohali Department: Operations / Technical Services About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven and technically proficient Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to coordinate across teams, manage resources, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of the technical team, ensuring efficient workflows, timely delivery, and adherence to SLAs. Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to align operational strategies with technical goals. Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and operational reports to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and implement best practices across technical operations. Manage cross-functional projects, from planning through execution and evaluation. Maintain infrastructure uptime and support incident response and resolution processes. Oversee vendor relationships, resource planning, budgeting, and technical procurement. Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards. Mentor and manage junior operations or technical staff, promoting a culture of accountability and growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in IT sector. Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams. Strong understanding of IT systems, cloud infrastructure, or software development lifecycle. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good communication and leadership abilities. Nice to Have: Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies. Experience in a startup or scaling business environment. Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance standards (ISO, SOC, etc.), or automation tools. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, project management platforms, and monitoring systems.
