Age above : 40 years Graduate with minimum 5-10 years experience in HUB operations of Transport /Courier/Cargo Experience in Logistics preffrered. Monitoring Process: Supervise and direct the organisations operational procedures to ensure they function smoothly and effectively with regualr planning and scheduling. Managing the workforce: Accountable for managing and supervising the work of their team, which includes allocating assignments, establishing due dates, and keeping track of performance Fleet Management: To ensure Regular availability of fleet for Pick Up and Delivery Customer Care: Will be responsible for customer relationship in maintaing a harmonious relation within and outside customers. Coordination with internal team members for smooth functioning of the operations. Good Communication skill in English, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam. Conversant with computer skills in MS Office.
