Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION : Only male candidate Need immediate joiners. Operational Oversight Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including clinical and administrative departments. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of care. Patient Care Coordination Ensure that patient care services are delivered effectively and efficiently. Address patient concerns and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions. Facility Management Oversee the maintenance and improvement of hospital facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards. Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for regular upkeep and repairs. Financial Management Assist in the preparation and management of the hospital budget. Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising patient care quality. Quality Assurance and Compliance Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to continuously improve patient care services. Emergency Preparedness Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure staff are trained to handle emergencies. Coordinate with local emergency services and agencies as necessary. Technology Management Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hospital information systems and technology. Ensure staff are trained on new technologies and systems. Collaboration and Communication Facilitate effective communication between departments and with external stakeholders. Collaborate with other healthcare facilities and community organizations to improve service delivery and patient outcomes. Marketing Strategy Development Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hospitals strategic objectives. Identify target markets and devise strategies to reach and engage them effectively. Male candidates only* Minimum 5 years experience in Hospital sector. Immediate joiners preferred.
