Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day food processing operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage and optimize the supply chain, procurement, and inventory to maintain smooth production flow. Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards. Develop and execute strategies for cost reduction and process improvement without compromising quality. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring high productivity and adherence to company policies. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, FSSAI standards, and industry best practices. Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Food Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in food processing or FMCG industry, preferably in dry fruits or related sectors. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and process optimization. Experience in production planning, inventory management, and cost control. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office for operations management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational efficiency methodologies. Knowledge of automation in food processing for enhanced productivity.
